Faith 417
Faith when you feel stuck: a Christian devotional on persevering prayer
Some seasons feel like a wall: the same prayer, the same problem, no visible change. Paul wrote, “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” (Galatians 6:9, ESV). Faith 417’s seven-day journey, Faith for Breakthrough, is about persevering faith: asking and seeking, praising God before you see the answer, obeying what He has clearly said, and bringing your doubt to Jesus. It does not promise a particular outcome, timeline, or reward. God’s answers come in His way and His time. Each day is about 5–8 minutes, with a reading, one truth, a short prayer, and one small step.
The seven days
- Day 1, Don’t quit at the wall (Galatians 6:9)
- Day 2, Ask boldly (Matthew 7:7–8)
- Day 3, Faith sees before sight (Hebrews 11:1)
- Day 4, Praise before the breakthrough (2 Chronicles 20:21–22)
- Day 5, Obey the next step (Joshua 3:13–17)
- Day 6, Bring your doubt to Jesus (Mark 9:23–24)
- Day 7, Expect and endure (Jeremiah 32:27)
